this weekend trying to beat EL's new fluke record. Ran some nice drifts with end of outgoing tide.
GW hooked right into a 22"incher on first drift. Few robins. Then I
connected with my biggest fluke to date, 26", 7.2lbs. caught on pink teaser above spro
bucktail. Fish was an inch longer than EL's fluke but actually weighed
less. All fluke were caught with tipped squid/spearing. Few porgies and 1 seabass as tide slacked, then back home.Great morning , two fluke, two keepers...finally. fluke weighed at Hi-Hook B&T in Huntington
